Nice, I totally find myself in the CEO argument. We've all been working in companies where we didn't agree with the CEO, we'd do it differently and eventually we've been right. I find it an important argument in my research and always watch some videos and interviews to judge them, but you said it right. Eventually we have to distance our decisions and emotions :)

Yeh, I also find it very helpful to see what the CEO has to say. For me the classic example is when I invested in Under Armour (UA). Half of the reason was that I believed the CEO, Kevin Plank. But, I realize that might have clouded my judgment.

In the end, we all need to learn from the past mistakes and continue on to improve our approach to investing!
