How Does It Work?
There are five days in the boot camp. Each day is a 60-min live class on Zoom. The class starts with a 20-min instruction and a 20-min practical case study. In the last 20-min of each session, students present their work and receive feedback from the instructor and fellow students.

Bonus Time: Each class continues for an optional 30-min bonus Q&A session if any student wants to continue the conversation or discuss additional topics.

Recording: Every sessions' recording will be available to students and becomes available within the 24 hours after the session.

Exclusive Small Cohort: The boot camp is exclusive to new Stock Card VIP subscribers. It is cohort-based, and only a maximum of 20 students are allowed to participate in each cohort. This gives students a chance to present their work in at least one session and receive feedback during the course.
COURSE STRUCTURE
The boot camp course syllabus is as follows:

Day 1

The boot camp starts by discussing what makes a company a solid long-term investment. We separate the company from its stock trading on the stock exchanges and drill down into the characteristics of a long-term winner.

Note: All students must present their homework on the first day. This is light warm-up homework; you will receive the instructions after registration. You will also get a chance to commit to a day to present your work in one of the following four days or drop out!

Day 2

This day is about understanding and quantifying a company's growth potential. Where does growth come from, and how can an investor estimate the future growth potential of a company?

Day 3

On the 3rd day, we focus on financial statements, discussing which information matters, where to find them, and how to use them to evaluate the financial and operational strength of a company.

Day 4

We turn our focus to valuations and learn about common valuations metrics. We explore how to use such metrics to assess whether a company is overvalued or undervalued. We also discuss the shortcomings of the common valuation methodologies to understand when and how to use them in our decisions.

Day 5

We focus on "buying" stocks in the first four days. On the last day, we turn our attention to "selling" and discuss when it's appropriate to sell a stock, even if we are long-term investors.
